Oh the memories I have of my Mum’s rice pudding! I loved it, and remember waiting impatiently for it to be ready on a Sunday. Rich and indulgent, this is a special treat, so serve it your way with a spoon of jam or honey, perhaps a scoop of velvety vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of condensed milk (old school!) or simply with a sprinkle of cinnamon or my favourite, nutmeg.
